How do I find out how much it will cost to print my book?
Easy. Just contact our estimating team at 1.931.245.5883.
How many copies of my book should I order?
For digital printing, we advise 1-200. For offset printing, we recommend 201-15,000.
How long will it take to get receive a quote or estimate?
Our customer service team will get back to you in 48 hours.
Will someone be able to help me throughout the printing process?
Absolutely. One of our team members will oversee your project and answer any questions you may have throughout the process.
What size books are available?
We are proud to offer:
Portrait orientation – between 4” x 5” and 9” x 12”.
Landscape orientation – between 8.5” x 5.5” and 12” x 9”.
Square orientation – between 4” x 4” and 11” x 11”.
How do I keep the cost of my book low?
We recommend using standard sizes such as 5.5” x 8.5”; 6” x 9”; 7” x 10”; 8.5” x 11”; or 9” x 12”.
Are there a minimum number of pages required?
For hardcover books, at least 32 pages. For perfect-bound books, a minimum of 48 pages. For saddle-stitched books, at least eight pages – but no more than 96, please.
What constitutes a page?
Each individual sheet of paper consists of two pages – a front and a back.
What file format or software should I use?
The most efficient format is PDF files. However, we also have the technology to work with InDesign, Illustrator and Quark files as well.
Where will my book be printed?
Your book(s) will be printed to perfection in our Clarksville, TN facility.
What are your payment terms?
We offer the option of submitting a credit application in advance. Otherwise, our standard terms are 1/3 due on submission, 1/3 due on proof return, and final payment due within 30 days of the shipment of your product. For your convenience, credit cards are always accepted.
What kind of photos can I submit?
You can upload digital photos or scanned copies of photos.
Can I, the customer, be involved in the design process?
Absolutely. We work together to customize your book the way you want it. We welcome your ideas and participation in a revisions process to make sure our design is telling your story in the best possible way.
Is there a certain book style I have to use?
Not at all. We’ll help you customize your book to suit your vision with our wide range of sizes, stocks, finishes and more.
How do I know if you will design the right cover for my book?
Feel free to look at our recent work for ideas, inspiration, and projects we’ve loved designing in the past. We are also happy to discuss your concerns and priorities prior to designing to ensure we can meet your cover needs.
Can I supply an image for my cover?
Yes. Simply attach it to our design order form and we’ll make sure we include it on your cover and work with you to make sure it’s created to your standards.
